What are your typical turnaround times?
Turnaround depends on the project—whether it’s a logo or a full brand design—and can vary based on client feedback and revisions. Usually, logo projects take around 20 to 30 business days, while a full brand identity can take 4 months or more. The process moves faster when all your information and preferences are shared upfront.

Can I request a rush on my project?
If my schedule allows, I do accept rush projects with special attention for earlier deadlines. Rush services cost an additional $500 USD and typically take about 1–2 weeks. Please note, the rush fee is paid in full before we begin work.
How soon can we start working on my branding?
Because I dedicate time to only a few clients each month to ensure quality and care, there may be waiting lists. If there’s availability in my calendar, we can start as soon as you’re ready. The best way to find out is to get in touch!
What are your payment policies and methods?Payments are made via PayPal invoice, split into two parts: a 50% deposit is required before work begins to reserve your spot (this deposit is non-refundable). The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are sent. I accept payments in USD, CZK, GBP, and EUR.
Can I call you to discuss my project?
Since I work with clients worldwide across many time zones, phone calls can be tricky to schedule. To keep things smooth and efficient, I communicate primarily by email and usually respond within
a few hours.
Can you help with extra design services or changes?
Absolutely! If you need simple updates like name, website, or contact info changes, I’m happy to make those at no extra cost. For additional design work outside the original scope—like product packaging or new collateral—please reach out with details, and I’ll provide a custom quote.

How do you handle copyright and ownership of the logo once it's completed?
When the final payment is made you will own all the rights to the logo. We will provide a copyright
transfer agreement to ensure you have full ownership and can use the logo as you wish.
